Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Memolyz, you agree to these terms. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled.
1. The service
Memolyz helps you save links to videos and posts, then makes summaries, transcripts, and notes you can search and study again. Features may be added, changed, or retired over time.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Memolyz.
- Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time. See Delete account.
3. Content you save
- The posts you link remain their creators' property. Memolyz keeps summaries and transcripts of them for your personal use.
- The personal notes you write are yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run Memolyz for you.
- Do not use Memolyz to infringe others' copyright, spread unlawful content, or disrupt the service, for example by sending links in bulk or automatically.
4. AI summaries can be wrong
Summaries, transcripts, Ask AI answers, and connections between notes are made automatically by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Always check the original before relying on them, especially for health, money, or legal matters.
5. Plans and subscriptions
- Memolyz can be used for free, with a monthly limit on AI features.
- Memolyz Pro is bought and renewed through Google Play, at the price shown before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow Google Play's policy.
6. Availability
We work to keep Memolyz running, but the service may be interrupted or paused, for example during maintenance. The platform a post comes from may also refuse to provide its content, so some links cannot be summarized.
7. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Unless the breach is serious, we tell you first and you can still export your data.
8. Limitation of liability
Memolyz is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using or being unable to use Memolyz, including decisions made based on AI summaries.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
10. Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes with them. We announce important changes in the app before they take effect.
