Delete your Memolyz account

Effective 24 October 2026

Deleting your account permanently deletes all your data in Memolyz and cannot be undone. If you want to keep your notes, export them first with Account → Export all data.

In the app

The app is in Indonesian; the labels to tap are shown in quotes.

Open Memolyz and sign in.
Tap the "Akun" (Account) tab.
Under "Sesi" (Session), tap "Hapus akun" (Delete account).
Read the explanation, then tap "Hapus permanen" (Delete permanently).

Your account is deleted right away, and you are signed out on that device.

Without the app

Email halo@memolyz.com with the subject "Delete my Memolyz account", from the email address you sign in with. We may ask you to confirm the request is really yours. Requests are handled within 30 days, and we email you once it is done.

What is deleted

Your account and profile: name, email, photo, and sign-in sessions.
All notes: links, summaries, transcripts, personal notes, tags, and connections.
Collections, "Remember again" answers, and Ask AI conversations.
The list of synced devices and any AI assistant access you granted.

What remains for a while

Server backups: your data is gone from daily backups at most 14 days after deletion.
Copies on other phones: other devices still open stop syncing. Their copy is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app there.
Payment records: the history of Memolyz Pro purchases is kept by Google Play under its own policy, not by us.

Pro subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription by itself. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, so you are not charged again.
